Deliver a foundation-first Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to align sales and finance.

The Challenge

Caliber tracked opportunities in spreadsheets, while QuickBooks Online operated separately. Sales and finance were disconnected, causing inaccurate forecasting and manual reconciliation.

Our Solution

  • Implemented Sales Cloud as the system of record for leads, accounts, and opportunities.

  • Integrated Salesforce with QBO for automated invoice creation and payment status sync.

  • Built dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and sales-to-cash cycles.

  • Trained the team on foundation-first Salesforce practices to ensure adoption and scalability.
