Mission​

Develop a secure, compliant web application to onboard verified business applicants and collect all required documentation needed to open new commercial bank accounts.

The Challenge

The onboarding process for new business accounts was fragmented and compliance-heavy. Applicants submitted formation documents through disjointed channels, causing delays, missing data, and audit risks—especially with strict KYC and KYB requirements.

Our Solution

We built a secure custom application portal that allows verified applicants to submit all necessary business formation documents in one streamlined experience. The platform walks users through entity selection, validates key business details, and routes submissions to internal teams for review and approval.

The system supports specific business types and document sets—including LLCs, S-Corps, DBAs, and sole proprietorships—ensuring legal and compliance teams get what they need up front.
