Mission​

Create a bi‑directional integration between Salesforce and Cart.com to eliminate manual order entry, accelerate fulfillment, and give sales and service teams a single source of truth.

The Challenge

At the time, no out‑of‑the‑box connection existed between Salesforce and Cart.com. Orders, customers, and shipment data were siloed. The client needed a scalable, enterprise‑grade integration built from the ground up.

Our Solution

  • Co‑developed with Cart.com’s engineering team to ensure native compatibility.

  • Built a bi‑directional sync for Customers, Orders, Shipments, and Status Events.

  • Implemented robust error handling, logging, and retry queues.

  • Delivered the project as a reusable integration accelerator for future Salesforce + Cart.com deployments.
